And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

A testimony:

I have been thinking a lot about our fellowship and the focus of our meetings. We meet, primarily, to consider Christ Jesus. Jesus is the main topic of our conversation and delight of our souls. In our time of preparation before our meetings we also consider one another. We take thought of how we can encourage, build up and provoke each other to love and good works.

Provoking is unlike commanding. Commanding is done by way of speech. Provoking is done by our manner of life. A faithful, zealous, compassionate way of life, brethren, has a way of stirring and provoking goodness in the lives of those around us. Let us take heed to consider one another that we would always provoke each other in this way.
